Full Journal pdf2002-05-12 House Journal Page 3587 SB 235 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 11, 2002, calendar (page 3529), was read the third time: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 235(STA) "An Act relating to emergency and disaster relief forces as state employees for purposes of workers' compensation benefits; relating to the Emergency Management Assistance Compact and the implementation of the compact; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall CSSB 235(STA) pass the House?" Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSSB 235(STA).
